The Newbury Velo Coffee Network
The Original Newbury Cycling Coffee Network.
All the cafés on the Velo Coffee map have been visited and have agreed to be listed, and confirmed that they welcome cyclists. Most display a sticker, some buildings are even pink! We wont list a café just because it sells coffee and cake, we list the places that our members use and enjoy, or have visited on a longer ride, tour, or holiday.
The Newbury Velo Coffee Network pioneered the concept of connecting local cyclists through our shared love of café culture. Our established network of cyclist-friendly coffee stops throughout Berkshire and surrounding areas has created a vibrant community space where riders can refuel, share routes, and build lasting friendships.
As the original cycling coffee network in the Newbury area, we're delighted to see the positive impact our initiative has had on the local cycling community. Clubs and cyclists from Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire have all used our network to plan routes around a decent cup of coffee and slice of cake. Our network continues to grow, welcoming riders of all abilities who appreciate the perfect combination of great rides and excellent coffee. We look forward to bumping into you at one of our many partner cafés soon!
If you have a favourite coffee stop, or you are a coffee shop, that you would like to recommend to join our network, please click the button below to submit details.
Our vision is a nationwide network of Velo Coffee stops

As our coffee network grows, the list of participating coffee shops will be updated with a link to the website if they have one. No matter how far you intend to ride, or where you ride in the country there should be a welcoming coffee shop serving Great Coffee available to you.letrs grow the network together..
