Newbury Velo is Newbury and West Berkshire’s newest cycling club.
Only founded in 2019, we have a fresh and vibrant approach to being a cycling club while already boasting a rich tapestry of cycling achievements and cycling greats. If you love getting out on a Sunday ride with great company and at a pace that suits you, we are the club for you. If you want to race, whether on or off the road, experience a velodrome, learn new skills on the bike, or how to maintain it, again, we are your club. We ride in areas of outstanding natural beauty and will venture out in most weathers. If you want to ride on the road or on the trails, race a time trial, dust off your old steel bike and end the ride with fish and chips, get on an e-bike, or ride virtually wearing our Zwift club kit, we can cater for it all - whether you are 5 or 85!
